Some useful Tips:

Suggestet Esper to use: Kraken, best wait till he has 9999, then just run for 20 seconds and its 9999:0 for you ;)
Another tip is to fight high level oponents with a low level character using mimic. Let them brave break you a few times then copy their high brave, hit with an hp to end the battle fast gaining massive exp.
